To join or renew your membership in Friends of the Library of Los Altos, you may do so via the traditional means of mailing us a membership form along with your check.  Or you may submit your membership form and payment online. Each membership covers up to 2 persons in the same houselhold.

To join or renew by mail, print the form, fill it out and mail it along with your check, to the address below. Make your check payable to Friends of the Library of Los Altos and Community.

Community Book Sales

November 6 - November 8, 2026 

Fiction & non-fiction books and media for all ages
$2 or as marked hardbacks, trade and oversize paperbacks
$1 or as marked mass market paperbacks & media
Vintage, Puzzles and Specials (priced as marked)

 Friday, November 6, 6:30 - 9pm. Members only Preview Sale ! Join at the door for $10
Saturday, November 7 , 10am - 4pm
Sunday, November 8, 11am -2:00pm. $5 bag sale! (Bags are provided.)
We accept credit cards and cash, no checks.

This is a Books4Schools event.

 Location: Los Altos Community Center (in cooperation with the city of Los Altos), 97 Hillview Ave., Los Altos, CA 94022
