Membership in the Friends of the Library is open to everyone. Benefits include:
First choice of books at book sales
- Admission for two adults (and their children under age 18) to book sales on Friday night, a Members-Only sale. Tickets are mailed to members before each sale.
Attendance at Membership meetings
- Board meetings are held monthly and are open to members. The Annual Meeting, usually held towards the end of June, is an outdoor meeting/social event with a picnic lunch. Members are eligible to attend and vote on the incoming Board.
To join, complete the online membership application form. You may also choose to print and mail in the form or join in person at the next Quarterly Book Sale.
Membership for up to 2 persons in a household is $10 per year (January-December). Either pay through PayPal (on submitting the online form) or mail the check to Friends of the Library. If mailing, please make checks payable to Friends of the Library of Los Altos and Community, and mail to:
