Bylaws and Standing Rules
The Bylaws Committee has updated the 2012 set of Bylaws and Standing Rules for your review.They will be presented for approval at the Annual Meeting on June 28, 2020 (or through an online vote if a meeting cannot take place).
Updates to the Bylaws include definition of prohibited activities; clarification on the powers, liabilities, and compensation of Directors; and provisions for how Directors can operate during times of emergency. Standing Rules update Officer duties to reflect current responsibilities and clarify requirements for purchasing and reimbursements.
